실험 절차

A solution of 2-morpholino-6-phenyl-5-p-tolylnicotinonitrile (Compound 116,120 mg, 0.3 mmol) in 50% H2SO4 (5 ml) was heated at 140° C. overnight. The mixture was cooled down to room temperature and diluted with water, extracted with CH2Cl2. The organic layer was washed with water and brine, dried over MgSO4, concentrated in vacuo and purified by MPLC column chromatography (silica gel, 25% ethyl acetate in hexane) to provide the title compound as a white solid.
