실험 절차

Following General Procedure O, 5-phenyl-6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyridine-2-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (Compound 29, 292 mg, 0.71 mmol) in toluene (5 ml), N,N′-dimethylethylenediamine (DMEDA, 76 mg, 0.86 mmol) and triethylaluminum (2.4 ml, 0.35 mmol, 1 M in hexane) were reacted to produce the title compound as a oil.
