실험 절차

A solution of 13.2 g of 1-benzyl-1,2,5,6-tetrahydropyridin-3-carboxaldehyde-O-methyloxime in 120 cm3 of anhydrous 1,2-dichloroethane is cooled to 0° C., 11.7 g of alpha-chloroethyl-chloroformate is added and the whole is heated to reflux for 2 hours. After cooling, the insoluble matter is filtered off. The filtrate is evaporated to dryness, and the residue is taken up with anhydrous ether, diluted and filtered. The filtrate is evaporated and 19.8 g of product is obtained which is used immediately for the following reaction.
