실험 절차

A mixture of 630 g of melamine and 1620 g of an aqueous 37% solution of formaldehyde (hereinafter referred to as formalin) adjusted to pH of 9.0 by an aqueous 2% solution of sodium hydroxide was heated to 70° C. Just after the dissolution of melamine, 2250 g of water were added to the mixture, and the whole mixture was stirred for 3 min to obtain an aqueous solution of melamine-formaldehyde prepolymer.
