실험 절차

A mixture of 2-amino-N-(6-bromo-2-pyridylmethyl)-6-(2-furyl)pyrimidine-4-carboxamide (350 mg, 0.93 mmol) and copper(I)oxide (6.7 mg, 0.046 mmol) in 4-M NH4OH in ethylene glycol (20.23 ml, 80.92 mmol) was heated in a sealed tube at 90° C. for 20 h, cooled, poured into water (100 mL) and extracted with EtOAc (2×25 mL). The combined organic phase was washed with brine (10 mL), dried (MgSO4), concentrated in vacuo and purified by chromatography [SiO2; Hexane:EtOAc (1:4)-(0:1)] to give the title compound (65 mg, 22%) as a cream solid.
