실험 절차

A solution of 590 mg (1.96 mmol) tert.-butyl 3-((5-fluorothiazol-2-yl)(methyl)amino)-pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate in DCM (10 ml) was combined with 5 ml of TFA and stirred for 1 h at RT. The mixture was then evaporated under a vacuum, redissolved with MeOH and again evaporated, 611 mg (1.94 mmol, 99%) of 5-fluoro-N-methyl-N-(pyrrolidin-3-yl)thiazol-2-amine trifluoroacetate being obtained which were further reacted without being purified.
