실험 절차

3.76 mL 4-fluoronitrobenzene are dissolved in 40 mL DMA and combined with 9.25 mL N-ethyldiisopropylamine and 7.6 mL 1-(benzyloxycarbonyl)-piperazine. The reaction mixture is stirred for 18 h at 80° C. Then the solvent is eliminated in vacuo and the crude product is purified by chromatography. The carrier material used is silica gel and the eluant is a mixture consisting of cyclohexane/ethyl acetate (50/50).
