실험 절차

1 (0.33 g, 1.5 mmol), TEA (0.418 mL, 3.0 mmol) and (pyridin-3-yl)methylchloride hydrochloride (0.246 g, 1.5 mmol) were dissolved in 10 mL of EtOH and kept under reflux overnight. The solvent was removed and the remaining oil was purified by flash-chromatography on silica gel, applying a CHCl3/MeOH gradient.
