실험 절차

To a solution of tert-butyl 3-(((trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl)oxy)-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-1-carboxylate (300 mg, 0.95 mmol) in dioxane (4 mL) and H2O (1 mL) was added methyl 3-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)benzoate (298 mg, 1.13 mmol), Pd(dppf)Cl2 (66 mg, 0.09 mmol) and K2CO3 (392 mg, 2.84 mmol) at 27° C. The mixture was stirred at 100° C. for 16 h. The catalyst was filtered, the filtrate was concentrated and the residue was purified by column chromatography to give the title compound (213 mg, Yield 74.2%). 1H NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz): δ 8.03 (d, J=19.6 Hz, 1H), 7.94 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.55 (dd, J=15.7, 7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.38-7.45 (m, 1H), 6.22 (dt, J=16.4, 1.8 Hz, 1H), 4.43-4.58 (m, 2H), 4.24-4.38 (m, 2H), 3.88-3.96 (m, 3H), 1.51 (d, J=7.9 Hz, 9H).
