실험 절차

To a stirring 5 mL dichloromethane (DCM) solution of 0.29 g (one mmol) of 8-chlorodibenz[b,f][1,41oxazepine-10(11H)-carboxylic acid, hydrazide (1), prepared as described above in Example 1, and 0.17 g (one mmol) of 4-(2-thienyl)butyric acid cooled to 5° C. was added 0.23 g (1.1 mmol) of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. With warming to room temperature, the reaction was stirred for 18 hours. The reaction mixture was filtered through a sintered-glass funnel. The filtrate was dried under water aspirator vacuum. The resultant solid product was chromatographed as described previously. Analysis calculated for C22H20N3O3SCl (M.W. 441.94): C, 59.79; H, 4.56; N, 9.51; Cl, 8.02. Found: C, 59.77; H, 4.62; N, 9.51; Cl, 8.23.
