(1-(4-(tert-Butyl-dimethyl-silanyloxy)-cyclohexyl)-5-(tert-butyl-dimethyl-silanyloxymethyl)-1H-benzoimidazol-2-yl)-(5-(4-methoxy-pyridin-3-yl)-1-(2-trimethylsilanyl-ethoxymethyl)-1H-indazol-3-yl)-amine (165 mg, 0.000196 mol) was dissolved in ethanol (6.0 mL). To this solution was added 12 M HCl (2.0 mL) and the reaction was stirred at 100° C. for 1.5 hours. The reaction was evaporated to dryness and the residue was purified by preparative HPLC to yield 17.1 mg of the title compound as the TFA salt.
