Using a procedure similar to that described in Example 1, except using 2-amino-2-methyl-3-(4,6,7-trichloro-2H-indazol-2-yl)propionitrile (60 mg, described in Example 136) and 4-trifluoromethylthiobenzoyl chloride, the title compound was isolated as a white solid (40 mg, 40%). Rf=0.65 (1:1 EA/heptane). 1H NMR: (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): 1.70 (s, 3H), 5.11 (d, 1H), 5.25 (d, 1H), 7.47 (s, 1H), 7.79-7.80 (m, 4H), 8.73 (s, 1H) and 9.00 (s, 1H). 19F NMR (376 MHz, DMSO-d6): −42.0 (s, 3F).
