The title compound was prepared from methyl 2-(tert-butoxy)-2-(6-methyl-4-(p-tolyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-5-yl)acetate and 2-(bromomethyl)-1,3,5-trifluorobenzene in a manner similar to that described in Example 25 as a white solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CHLOROFORM-d) δ ppm=7.63 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 1 H), 7.40-7.30 (m, 3 H), 7.07 (d, J=3.5 Hz, 1 H), 6.78-6.69 (m, 2 H), 6.25 (d, J=3.5 Hz, 1 H), 5.71-5.56 (m, 2 H), 5.53 (s, 1 H), 2.84 (s, 3 H), 2.47 (s, 3 H), 0.95 (s, 9 H); LCMS (m/z) ES+=497 (M+1).
