실험 절차

The crude product of step b) was dissolved in 3 mL EtOH and treated with 0.5 mL of 1 M NaOH. After heating to 70° C. for 1 h, the reaction was cooled, acidified with 1 M HCl and extracted into DCM. The extracts were concentrated and the title compound was purified by preparative LCMS to give the title compound. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 7.84-7.81 (m, 1H), 7.56-7.46 (m, 2H), 7.25 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 7.19-7.16 (m, 1H), 6.93 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 6.69 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 6.39 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 3.73 (s, 1H), 4.85 (d, J=15.2 Hz, 1H), 4.52 (d, J=17.1 Hz, 1H), 4.51 (d, J=17.1 Hz, 1H), 3.51 (d, J=15.3 Hz, 1H), 2.35 (s, 3H), 2.07 (s, 3H), 2.02 (s, 3H); MS: ESI (negative): 428.6 (M−H).
