실험 절차

OA (manufactured by Sigma Co., 30 mg) was dissolved in 0.1M phosphate buffer (pH 7.0 , 1 ml), thereto was added an NHS-LC-biotin solution (manufactured by Pierce Chemical Co., 12.6 mg/ml 0.1M phosphate buffer, pH 7.0; 100 μl) and the mixture was reacted at 30° C. for 1 hour. Thereafter, the procedure in Example 5 (a) was repeated to give a biotin-OA fraction.
