실험 절차

(R)-3-(N-Cyclohexyl-N-n-propylamino)-8-fluoro-5-trifluoromethylsulfonyloxy-3,4dihydro-2H-1-benzopyran (0.8 g, 1.8 mmol) (4), DMF (30 mL), triethylamine (0.5 g, 5 mmol), methanol (0.8 g, 13 mmol), palladium(II)acetate (30 mg, 0.14 mmol) and 1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane (60 mg, 0.14 mmol) were placed in a round-bottomed flask. The solution was stirred at 75 ° C. in an atmosphere of carbon monoxide for 4 h. After evaporation of the solvent in vacuo and subjecting the crude to flash chromatography, 0.6 g (76% yield) of the title compound as a colorless oil was isolated. GC/MS (70 eV) M=349 (30 %).
