실험 절차

A mixture of 7-benzenesulfonyl-9-benzyl-3-oxa-7,9-diaza-bicyclo[3.3.1]nonane (CAS 335620-96-7) (2.074 g, 5.66 mmol) and 10% palladium on carbon (780 mg, 10 mol %) in ethanol (130 mL) was hydrogenated at atmospheric hydrogen pressure at 50° C. for 1.5 days. Cooled to 23° C., filtered the catalyst off, washed with ethanol, the solvent was removed in vacuum to the title compound as a light yellow solid (1.253 g, 83%), MS (ISP) m/e=269.2 [(M+H)+].
