실험 절차

The title compound was prepared in the same manner as described for example 76 from 6-bromo-N-((1,2-dihydro-4,6-dimethyl-2-oxopyridin-3-yl)methyl)-1-isopropyl-3-methyl-1H-indazole-4-carboxamide (300 mg, 0.696 mmol) and 2-methyl-5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)pyridine (183 mg, 0.835 mmol). The title compound was collected as 75 mg (24%); 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz): 1.45 (d, J=6.4 Hz, 3H), 2.11 (s, 3H), 2.24 (s, 3H), 2.49 (s, 3H), 2.51 (s, 3H), 4.36-4.38 (m, 2H), 5.03-5.09 (m, 1H), 5.87 (s, 1H), 7.36 (s, 1H), 7.38 (s, 1H), 8.01 (s, 1H), 8.11 (d, J=2.4 Hz, 1H), 8.45 (s, 1H), 8.89 (s, 1H), 11.48 (s, 1H); LCMS (ES+) m/z: 444.21.
