실험 절차

To the compound 97a crude product obtained at Step (1) (10.7 g), a 4M hydrochloric acid in ethyl acetate solution (100 ml) was added, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 5.5 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated until the crystals were precipitated, and the precipitated crystals were collected by filtration to obtain the title compound (1.74 g).
