실험 절차

The title compound was prepared in an analogous fashion to that described in Stage 9.3 using 5-bromo-6-chloronicotinic acid and 4-(2-chloro-1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)aniline (Stage 31.3) to afford a beige crystalline powder. HPLC (Condition 4) tR=6.77 min, UPLC-MS (Condition 3) tR=1.31 min, m/z=444.8 [M+H]+.
