실험 절차

A reaction mixture of methyl 4-((1-(4-(5-ethylpyrimidin-2-yl)-2-methylphenyl)-4,4,4-trifluorobutyl)amino)benzoate (12.6 g), 1M aqueous sodium hydroxide solution (82 mL), THF (40 mL) and methanol (40 mL) was stirred at 70° C. for 7 hr. The reaction mixture was neutralized with 1M hydrochloric acid at 0° C., and extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was washed with water and saturated brine, and dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure to give the title compound as a crudely purified product. This compound was used in step C without further purification.
