실험 절차

To a solution of 4-(3-cyano-6-hydroxyindol-1-yl)-2-methoxymethoxybenzoic acid ethyl ester (0.37 g) in N,N-dimethylformamide (10 mL) were added (2-bromoethyl)carbamic acid benzyl ester (0.39 g) and potassium carbonate (0.28 g), and this mixture was stirred at 50° C. overnight. This reaction mixture was poured into water, and the precipitated solid was collected by filtration. This solid was washed with methanol, and dried to give the title compound (0.40 g).
