실험 절차

To a solution 3-dimethylamino-7-morpholino-1-fluoro-10-Boc-phenothiazine (15) (100 mg) in dichloromethane (10 mL) HCl (1 mL, 4 M solution in 1,4-dioxane)) was added. The reaction mixture was stirred at 40° C. for 3 h. Solvent was removed under vacuum. Product was purified by flash chromatography.
