5-Cyclopropylethynyl-3-(dimethylamino-methyleneamino)-thiophene-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester was reacted with 4-[4-(2-Methanesulfonyl-ethyl)-[1,4]diazepan-1-yl]-phenylamine by method A1. The product with the molecular weight of 496.64 (C25H28N4O3S2) was obtained in this way; MS (ESI): 497 (M+H+).
