실험 절차

To a solution of tert-butyl 3-{3-[1-(4-amino-3-methyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-1-yl)ethyl]-5-chloro-2-ethoxy-6-fluorophenyl}azetidine-1-carboxylate (275 mg, 0.544 mmol) in dichloromethane (2.4 mL) was added 4.0 M hydrogen chloride in dioxane (1.1 mL, 4.4 mmol). The reaction solution was stirred at room temperature for 6 h. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure to give the desired product as a white solid (250 mg, 96%). LCMS calculated for C19H23ClFN6O (M+H)+: m/z=405.2; Found: 405.1.
