실험 절차

10% palladium-activated carbon (50 mg) was added to a solution of (5R)-5-[(E)-2-(5-cyclopropyl-6-methoxypyridin-2-yl)-2-(2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl)ethenyl]pyrrolidin-2-one (240 mg) in methanol (3 mL), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for four hours in a hydrogen atmosphere. The reaction solution was filtered through celite, and then the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (hexane:ethyl acetate=1:1→0:1) to give (5R)-5-[2-(5-cyclopropyl-6-methoxypyridin-2-yl)-2-(2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl)ethyl]pyrrolidin-2-one as an amorphous (200 mg).
