실험 절차

Water (0.4 mL) and 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-1,4-benzoquinone (1.72 g) were added to a solution of (5R)-5-[(E)-2-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-2-{5-(difluoromethoxy)-6-[(4-methoxybenzyl)oxy]-pyridin-2-yl}ethenyl]-1-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)pyrrolidin-2-one (511 mg) in chloroform (8 mL), and the mixture was stirred at 65° C. for 16 hours. Water was added to the reaction solution. After filtration, the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (hexane:ethyl acetate=1:0→1:1→chloroform:methanol=1:0→95:5→9:1) to give the title compound as a colorless oil (96 mg).
