The title compound is prepared according to the reaction 4.01a described above using 6-(trifluoromethyl)picolinoyl chloride and (5-amino-2-fluorophenyl)methanol, followed by the oxidation of the alcohol intermediate 6-trifluoromethyl-pyridine-2-carboxylic acid (4-fluoro-3-hydroxymethyl-phenyl)-amide: LC-MS A: tR=0.80 min; [M+H]+=315.06.
