According to methods E and F 1-Fluoro-2-methoxy-4-nitro-benzene was reacted with [1,4]Diazepane-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester and then the obtained nitro compound was hydrogenated. In this way the product was obtained with molecular weight 321.42 (C17H27N3O3); MS (ESI): 322 (M+H+).
