실험 절차

Dess-Martin reagent (10.1 g, 23.8 mmol) was added to a stirred solution of [9-chloro-1-(2-methoxy-4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-5-yl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimido[1,2-a]benzimidazol-6-yl]methanol (8.08 g, 21.6 mmol) in dimethyl sulfoxide (5.0 mL) and acetonitrile (100 mL) at 0 ° C., and the mixture was stirred at 0 ° C. for 50 min. Additional Dess-Matrin reagent (4.00 g, 9.43 mmol) was added to the stirred mixture, and the mixture was stirred at 0 ° C. for 60 min. The mixture was diluted with saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate, filtrated and extracted with ethyl acetate. The combined organic layer was washed with brine, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, filtered and concentrated in vacuo to give the title compound as a yellow solid (6.35 g, 17.1 mmol, 79%).
