실험 절차

A mixture of 6.3 g of the product of Step A, 100 ml of dioxane and 2 g of N-chlorosuccinimide was stirred under an inert atmosphere for 19 hours at room temperature and was then diluted with water. The mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate and the organic phase was washed with water, dried and evaporated to dryness. The residue was chromatographed over silica and eluted with a 6-3-1 chloroform-cyclohexane-triethylamine mixture to obtain 4.73 g of N-[3-[2-[3-(3-chloro-1H-indol-4-yl)-propyl]-phenoxy]-2-hydroxypropyl]-N-propyl-trifluoroacetamide.
