실험 절차

A mixture of 2.2 g of the product of Step B and 7.6 ml of tert.-butylamine and 20 ml of methanol was heated at 80° C. for 2 hours and was evaporated to dryness. The residue was chromatographed over silica and eluted with a 6-3-1 chloroform-acetone-triethylamine mixture to obtain 2.7 g of 1-(1,1-dimethylethylamino)-3-[2-[3-[1H-indol-4-yl]-propyl]-phenoxy]-2-propanol melting at 96° C.
