실험 절차

Diisopropylazodicarboxylate (66 mg, 0.33 mmol) was added dropwise at r.t. to a solution of (4-Azepan-1-yl-2-chloro-6-methyl-quinolin-7-yl)-methanol (example 82, 100 mg, 0.33 mmol), 3-trifluoromethylphenol (53 mg, 0.33 mmol), and triphenylphosphine (86 mg, 0.33 mmol) in dichloromethane (2 mL), then after 2 h ethyl acetate was added and the solution was washed with 1 M aq. sodium hydroxide solution and brine, dried (MgSO4), and evaporated. Flash chromatography (SiO2, hexane/ethyl acetate gradient) yielded the title compound (118 mg, 80%). White solid, ISP-MS: m/e=449.4 ([M+H]+).
