실험 절차

A solution of Example 143B (0.026 g, 0.072 mmol) in dichloromethane (1.5 mL) was treated with trifluoroacetic acid (1.5 mL) at 25° C. for 16 h. The solvents were evaporated, and the crude residue was purified using reverse phase chromatography eluting with a gradient of 95% water (0.1% trifluoroacetic acid)/5% acetonitrile to 100% acetonitrile to give the title compound (0.022 g, 100%).
