실험 절차

To a solution of ethyl 3-cyclopropyl-3-(3-((N-(2′-fluoro-5′-methoxy-2-neopentyl-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-yl)acetamido)methyl)phenyl)propanoate (104 mg) in ethanol (1.9 mL) was added 2N aqueous sodium hydroxide solution (466 μL) at room temperature, and the mixture was stirred at 50° C. for 2 hr. The reaction mixture was neutralized with 1N hydrochloric acid at 0° C., and extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure to give the title compound (99 mg) as a white amorphous solid.
