실험 절차

[(1S,2R)-2-tert-butoxy-1-(1-pyrimidin-2-yl-cyclopropylcarbamoyl)-propyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (0.17 g, 0.45 mmol) was dissolved in DCM (1 mL) and to this was added TFA (0.2 mL). The reaction was allowed to stir at RT for 24 h. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the residue triturated with Et2O to give (2S,3R)-2-amino-3-tert-butoxy-N-(1-pyrimidin-2-yl-cyclopropyl)-butyramide trifluoro-acetic acid (0.16 g, 0.45 mmol) as a white solid.
