실험 절차

2-Nitro-N-{4-[1-methyl-1-(1-methylpiperidin-4-yl)ethyl]phenyl}benzamide (Step A, 750 mg) was mixed with Pd/C (10%, 200 mg) in EtOH (80 mL) and hydrogenated under a hydrogen atmosphere for 1 h. The solution was filtered through Celite® and evaporated to give the amine used in the next step without further purification.
