실험 절차

The foregoing tert-butyl 3-{[(4-cyanophenyl)sulfonyl]methyl}azetidine-1-carboxylate (200 mg, 0.59 mmol) was treated with 4N HCl in 1,4-dioxane and stirred for 10 minutes. The reaction was evaporated without heat to give the title compound crude as a white solid (100 mg). 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 2.99–3.05 (1H, m), 3.78 (2H, t, J=7.8 Hz), 3.86–3.94 (4H, m), 8.08 (2H, d, J=8.6 Hz), 8.20 (2H, d, J=8.6 Hz), 8.95 (2H, br s).
