実験手順

A mixture of 1-(6-bromo-2-benzothiazolyl)-3-ethylurea, Pd(PPh3)2Cl2, triethylamine, and phenylacetylene in 1 mL of anhydrous DMF was reacted according to the procedure of Example 213 to give 0.008 g (8%) of the desired compound. LC/MS 322 (M+1); LC retention time 3.65 min.
