実験手順

To a solution of 7-bromo-4-chromanone (1.0 g, 4.4 mmol) in DMF (15 mL) was added [4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]boronic acid (1.25 g, 6.6 mmol), Pd(PPh3)4 (580 mg, 0.5 mmol) and K2CO3 (1.22 g, 8.8 mmol). The mixture was stirred at 105° C. for 4 h under nitrogen. The mixture was filtered and concentrated, and the residue was purified by silica gel chromatography (PE:EtOAc=4:1) to give 830 mg (61%) of the title compound as white solid. [M+H] Calc'd for C16H11F3O2, 293. Found, 293.
