(2-(4-(Dimethylamino)phenyl)thiazol-4-yl)(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)methanone (2o) was prepared using the same method as used of compound 1h from 4-(dimethylamino)benzonitrile and cysteine. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.12 (s, 1H), 7.88 (d, 2H), 7.80 (s, 2H), 6.73 (d, 2H), 3.96 (s, 3H), 3.95 (s, 6H), 3.05 (s, 6H); MS (ESI) m/z 421.1 (M+Na)+.
