2-(4-(4-(3,4,5-Trimethoxybenzoyl)thiazol-2-yl)phenyl)acetonitrile (2n) was prepared using the same method as used of compound 1h from terephthalonitrile and cysteine. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.30 (s, 1H), 8.04 (d, 2H), 7.76 (s, 2H), 7.46 (d, 2H), 3.97 (s, 3H), 3.95 (s, 6H), 3.83 (s, 2H).
