実験手順

The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in step-3 of Intermediate-9 by using of methyl 4-(3-(2-chloro-6-fluorophenyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-methoxybenzoate (1.0 g, 2.65 mol) and sodium hydroxide (0.210 g, 5.30 mmol) to afford 0.600 g of desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 3.84 (s, 3H), 7.59 (t, J=7.8 Hz, 2H), 7.67-7.75 (m, 3H), 7.81 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 12.58 (br, 1H), 12.80 (s, 1H); MS (m/z): 362.21 (M−H)−.
