実験手順

A solution of (S)-(1-(7-(4-morpholinophenyl)pyrido[4,3-b]pyrazin-5-yl)pyrrolidin-3-yl)methanamine (Compound 77, 0.16 mmol), DIPEA (207 mg, 1.6 mmol) and TMSNCO (184 mg, 1.6 mmol) in anhydrous CH2Cl2 (5 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 70 hours. The reaction mixture was poured into saturated NaHCO3 aqueous and extracted with CH2Cl2. The combined extracts were dried over Na2SO4, filtered, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by chromatography to afford the title compound. MS (m/z): 434 (M+H)+.
