実験手順

To a clear solution of 5-bromo-1-indanone (1.0 g, 4.7 mmol) in MeOH (6 mL) was added NaBH4 (0.36 g, 9.5 mmol). The mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. The mixture was concentrated to dryness and redissolved in water/EtOAc. The layers were separated and the EtOAc layer was dried with anhydrous Na2SO4 and concentrated to obtain 1.1, which was used directly in the next step. 1HNMR (DMSO-d6) δ 7.41 (s, 1H), 7.36 (d, 1H, J2=8.08 Hz), 7.26 (d, 1H, J1=7.99 Hz), 5.28 (d, 1H, J=5.90 Hz), 4.99 (q, 1H), 2.91 (m, 1H), 2.71 (m, 1H), 2.33 (m, 1H), 1.78 (m, 1H).
