実験手順

This compound is prepared by the procedure described in EXAMPLE 7, starting from 0.5 g of 4-benzyl-4-(ethoxycarbonylamino)piperidine p-toluene-sulfonate, 0.5 g of the compound obtained in step B of EXAMPLE 1 and 0.52 g of K2CO3 in 5 ml of DMF. This gives 0.32 g of the expected product, m.p.=142° C. (dec.).
