実験手順

To a solution of ethyl 4-hydroxy-2-(2,3-dihydro-1H-indol-1-yl)-5-pyrimidinecarboxylate (7.1 g, 27.6 mmol) in N,N-dimethylformamide (100 ml) were added potassium carbonate (7.8 g, 60 mmol) and 4-fluorobenzylbromide (3.74 ml, 30 mmol) and the mixture was stirred at 80° C. for 18 h. The reaction mixture was allowed to cool to room temperature and water was added. The precipitated crystals were collected by filtration, washed several times with cold water and cold ether and dried to give the title compound (8.6 g, 79%).
