実験手順

1.94 g of 3-amino-2-chloro-6-methylphenol hydrochloride are added to 2.51 g of 1-(4-aminophenyl)pyrrolidin-3-ol dihydrochloride in solution in 20 ml of water and 20 ml of ethanol. The pH is adjusted to 9.5 with 20% ammonium hydroxide and then 18 ml of 9% aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution are added. The mixture is left stirring at ambient temperature for 8 hours and then the precipitate formed is filtered off. 2.79 g of 3-amino-2-chloro-4-{[4-(3-hydroxypyrrolidin-1-yl)phenyl]imino}-6-methylcyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-one (11) are thus obtained.
