実験手順

10 mg (0.04 mol) of 3-amino-2-chloro-4-[(4-hydroxyphenyl)imino]-6-methylcyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-one are added to a solution comprising 16 mg of sodium hydrosulphite in 500 μl of methanol and 5 μl of an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution. The reaction medium is stirred and then the solution is treated according to the usual procedure and characterized. 3-Amino-2-chloro-4-[(4-hydroxyphenyl)amino]-6-methylphenol (2a) is obtained.
