実験手順

10 mg (0.04 mol) of 3-amino-4-[(4-amino-2-methylphenyl)imino]-2-chloro-6-methylcyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-one and 3-amino-4-[(4-amino-3-methylphenyl)imino]-2-chloro-6-methylcyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-one are added to a solution comprising 16 mg of sodium hydrosulphite in 500 μl of methanol and 5 μl of an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution. The reaction medium is stirred and then the solution is treated according to the usual procedure and characterized. 3-Amino-4-[(4-amino-2-methylphenyl)amino]-2-chloro-6-methylphenol/3-amino-4-[(4-amino-3-methylphenyl)amino]-2-chloro-6-methylphenol (2c) are obtained.
